Time for Livin'

**Time For Livin' is a song by the Beastie Boys. While the Beasties have fallen off in the last couple years, this still remains one of my all time favorite Beastie Boys songs.**

So I haven't updated lately. Sue me. Go ahead. I'm mainly doing this so Beaver will stop telling me to update my blog.

I think I'm back among the living. I was sick as a dog for about the last two weeks. It was a hellacious sickness, like the flu and a cold on top of each other. Fuck, I wanted to die. Thank god for good drugs. I like medicine that makes me sleepy. And I am such a trooper, I didn't miss a damn day of work. Go me! Making money and having drowsy medicine. WOO!!!! In the process, I got Nix sick though. He's getting much better. He's not mute anymore. I felt so bad, having gotten him sick. I really didn't mean to. It just happened.

My car is pretty much fucked, or at least on the way to being fucked. I most likely have a leaky head gasket, causing antifreeze to leak into the oil, thereby making the oil all ucky. I may have to take it to the dealership, rendering me carless for an indeterminate amount of time. Guess I should get a bus schedule, cause that's probably the only way my ass is getting to work. Yay! The bus! With hoosiers and crack addicts! I can't wait.

My band got pretty new pictures taken last night. They turned out well. Can't wait to see the cleaned-up product. In other news, this is an open call for people to come out and support local music on the 25th of this month at the Midwest Music Pit in Wentzville. It should be a good time. No wait, strike that. I WILL be a good time.

I think that's it. I've decided to kill the 'Word of the Day' idea. It's been done. It's tired. I give you --
